July 2025In July 2025, the founder's life changed when she was diagnosed with Stage 2 cancer. What followed was a difficult period of treatment, uncertainty and recovery — but also a time to pause, reflect and look at life differently.
Through this journey, family became the greatest source of strength. It also led to a deeper look at something we often overlook: what we put on our plates every day.
This brought her back to the simple traditions she had grown up with — the spices, recipes and food wisdom passed down through generations.
